REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
Refunds:
Refunds are not allowed at this time. Exchanges for another Unstoppable Lifestyle store item (price difference if any to be paid by customer) / exchange for different size or store credit only.
Exchanges / Store Credit:
Returned items must be unworn & in brand new condition including but not limited to clothing tag, hat manufacturer sticker, and hat form insert if applicable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.
After Unstoppable Lifestyle has received the returned item, we will gladly exchange it for another Unstoppable Lifestyle item or issue a store credit for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee.
All returned items must be received by Unstoppable Lifestyle within 7 calendar days from shipper confirmation of delivery of product to customer.
Return shipping to be paid by customer.
